When i try to take pics it says my sd card is full but when i looked to see how much space was available in the settings it says i have 2.8 GB available. does any one else have this problem?

Temporarily halted until I get my own computer... not enough time available on the family computer anymore... ill have one in a few weeks

Edit: in the mean time I have turned to app development since there are quite a few Java IDE's available in the plays store for me to work with... unfortunately there are no apktool apps... sooo... yeah... me can't work on rom :-\

I gots me a new computer... who's ready for v2.0!?!?!? Ill finally be able to freely dev again... plus I can start doing kernels and help with cm or aosp

I'm quite sure that the upcoming finished products will be well worth the wait!! Welcome back to the Dev scene jet!!

How do you install via Clockwork Mod Recovery. I am a newbie at this and I am not ashamed of it. I transfered the zip file to the SD card and turned the phone off. I pressed the volume and power to get to the screen that says apply update from sd card. Is this what you mean by Clock mod recovery? Any help?

Hello, I have been reading this topic, and I must admit, its quite interesting. I have tried to install CWM many times, but alas, can not seem to want to get it on my phone. I have tried the link at the top of page 32, but I am lost. would somebody be willing to help me out?

Ok, so from here do i put the phone into FTP mode? recovery mode? leave it on or off? and what option do I select from the menus

Im really sorry to be asking all these questions like this, but Ive never done this (Im used to china tablets that dont ask for any security)

*edit*
I feel a tad daft. I forgot to instal the USB drivers. So sorry. CWM installed and downloading 1.6 as we speak.

Just informing you guys that it may be a while longer to complete this... I have a ton of other projects in the works... and I'm kinda rusty with smali now... I've been working with android source for quite a while now... smali contradicts everything I've learned over the past few months

So i got a few issues with 1.6

On power cycle phone does not remember network preferences and the phone is put into CDMA only, when EVDO is the preferred option.

The phone tries to activate to no avail.

after 24ish hours, the phone was un-usable to make calls or texts (signal strength bar was flashing and jittering on and off)
