There was supposedly an update to 2.3.6 for the Warp... I've never received the message on my phone for the update... Is there somewhere I can download it?... Or possibly a way to get ICS 4.0??

Lol warp is not compatable with 4.0. And we are still on 2.3.5 gingerbread. You got misinformation somewhere.
Now what you can do is root your phone and install a custom rom. Which is more ics like and most have ics things ported into them.
Check the stickies for "root after b08c" and also see prinnys guide to "which rom is right for you" also in the stickies

I think shinjitsu beta3 is the best. I would highly recommend it

I vote n00b, but I am a bit biased since it's my ROM
just an fyi, shin and jet seem to be MIA working on a team effort ROM at the moment so you might not see as much support/updating for those ROMS at the momenet... but they are both awesome for sure and were my inspiration and the source of a lot of the items I ported to my ROM.
It really is a n00b made ROM, but I think you will like it if you give it a try!

Edit: OK I'm feeling if I had to suggest one it would be noob. Its bug free, smooth, quick, and has everything you would find in other roms.

I'm trying the Warp Cream Sandwich rom for the past few days... Seems to be working great... I tried the Windows Phone 7 rom a while back and it messed my phone up for a while.
