Root Boost TU Backup help?

i have a boost TU stock rom and kernel and have the CWR. when i try to backup i cant it says this

CWM-Based Recovery v5.0.2.7
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log

Then when i try and backup it says

Cant mount backup path

Any help?

Also the cache is mounted in the mount part of CWM

Try wiping cache first and then backup again. Also do you have an sd card in there?

ill try that and i do have an sd in it. Is it wrong to?

Explain exactly how your trying to backup with cwm step by step.

i will go in recovery. Then i will go to backup and restore. When i press backup it gives me the error message that i said in the first post.

Have you created the folders on the SD card?

i have /cache/recovery/ with one file in it but neither of the files that are needed are in it

I was talking about the folder to back up your stuff. It looks like its not creating it.

Pull the battery out and go into recovery again. CWM is still sort of buggy; you can only do one big action per session.

If that doesn't work, format your sdcard after you save anything important on it.

The error messages about the /cache/command/log can be ignored.

i have sdcard/clockworkmod/backup and when i try to back up it cant mount it still and when i go to mount the sdcard it cant it says that it isnt found when i have the sd card in it
