Root Bugless Beast V0.1 FRF57

Just got a call from my host, file has been disabled. Using 75% of server resources simultaneously so I'm working on fixing it now.

Giving the Drop theme a shot on this. I really like it, but given my "ability" to use the market on BB, definitely a backup is in line.

SUCCESS! Didn't wipe /data and all my apps and settings are there and working. Note that I was already on Froyo - I wouldn't try it coming from 2.1... It appears that Pete has done it again!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Edit: Used CW to update and it worked perfectly.

well speed on it seems good so far but it deleted my facebook, maps and goggles apps ... and maps won't reinstall from market so once I figure this out should be good to go

Please report on all the vitals, peeps.

Also, I'm 95% sure you shouldn't need to wipe cache/data before installing this, if you're coming from another 2.2 build. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Didn't wipe data or cache coming from the "updated" FRF57 build... No problems so far.

Thanks for the links!

And you are correct about wiping data. You don't HAVE to wipe data if coming from another 2.2 build. It is however, highly recommended.......but I'm not drinking my own Kool-Aid...I'll install this over my current ROM and see where that puts me.

Backup your ROM first people........take the time to at least do that! ;)

Does this included the latest baseband and market fix?

What kernel is included by default?

I'm running the latest FRF57, and have a lot setup, it's good to see that people are doing well without wiping in similar situations.
