Um no... I had the same problem. Flashed to cognitive 3.02 and it doesnt do it anymore.

It seems like 2.2 ROMs make it +much+ less frequent, but it still happens on occasion (if your phone has ever done it). I think it's some kind of spurious signal from the charging/battery circuits that make the OS think it's out of power, so it does a shutdown. 2.2 might have better tolerance or improved logic[?]

and the only interest i have in 2.2 is flash so i can watch movies at work. is there anything else that makes froyo worth it?

rootflashed samnever upate is fine with me,i just cant go back to lcd,,i had the old amoled unbranded unlocked omnia2 running on the 1900 3g band in my area for 15$unlimited....wifi is everywhere now

MotoAtrix looks decent at best. Sounds good. Promises a great deal. But is just not perfect enough to get me to fall in love; or switch from Samsung for that matter. Not just yet, that is.
I mean--this phone is great. I just expect an even better, more full-featured phone to release before my upgrade date than the MotoAtrix.
