. Cab to un brick your phone

The page that the .dll was accessible on is not accessible at this time..you well get the access denied error. If someone can upload it for you, you will be able to use the lg flash tool.. without it the phone its unrecoverable.
 
The .cab file is non flashable outside of the lg flash tool... lg its trying to stop its from rooting, and is using this as a deterrent...

what exactly is the .dll file?? in the development thread in the link below, it has a .dll file for the f7, note that there is a US celluar f7, boost mobile f7 and an international one the on difference is the international one having an extra gig of ram. would the .dll file matter if its used on any? because in the thread they have everything. the .cab file system dump etc for the us version but they also have a .dll file but im not sure if it will work because it was under a different title. not sure whether its setup that way to show that you cant use it or if it was a mistake and you can use it. Can't imagine it wouldn't, just a bet but i'm gonna say yes. Literally no difference between the boost and us cellular version except for the fact that there on two different carriers. Its not like your using the the international .dll where there are big differences like the amount of ram the international one has, it has 2 gigs of ram compared to ours.

Although if you're gonna use our system version you will probably have to manually reprogram your phone if you're gonna flash the boost rom instead of the us cell rom.

Won't work due to being wrong model # dll. :(

I've tried it before with similar LG phones.
