You don't do it like that!

You need to use either a GPartEd Live CD or your recovery to partition your SD card. If you want to use AmonRA instead of CWM you either need to S-OFF to flash it via fastboot or run unrEVOked again and use a custom recovery and point it to the AmonRA IMG file

Clockworkmod doesn't partition the SD card, I'm afraid, or at least not the version I have.

You can flash a ROM which doesn't use a2sd+ (and there is a version of LeeDroid which does not) without partitioning, but many ROMs that have a2sd+ require the partition to be there already. LeeDroid is one of those, so you should prepare your card before flashing the a2sd version of that ROM.

Remember that partitioning is going to wipe the card, so back everything up onto a computer first.
