Root Can't text while on phone- Reloaded Rom

Is this a network or Rom issue? All text fail when i send ... as soon as I get off the phone they send perfectly. I actually text a lot while on phone .. any ideas?

You can't do this with cdma phone, just fyi!

I think you can do both if you are on wifi though. I know I can surf while talking on wifi.

You can do both on the LTE network as well, not sure about WIMAX as I was hardly ever in range
