Wrong model!
I've seen Masai cattle herdsmen in traditional red checked garb and native red ochre clay hairdo with two Nokias, one in each earlobe like above, wandering through the Kenyan savannah, carrying on two conversations simultaneously while also herding a measly herd of 10 skinny cows...!
Try doing that with clamshell phones!

:D

I have a holster with a belt clip. I move the holster to whichever pants/shorts I am wearing that day. The only downside is that the holster muffles the sound of the loud speaker, so sometimes it is hard to hear when the phone rings. I think it is a mistake for phone manufacturers to put the speaker on the back of the phone where it can be easily covered. My old Nokia phone had speakers on the corners of the edges. It makes it easier to hear it ring. The same with my BlackBerry. The speaker is on the edge of the phone instead of the back. It seems with manufacturers wanting to make thinner and thinner phones, they mostly put the speaker on the back.

I normally put my evo og in my back left pocket.. Most of the time I remember to get it out.. But it has been fine.

My next phone looks to be the note 2..because it is even bigger.. Bigger screen.. Bigger glass.. Equals higher stress on the glass when you put pressure in the middle . I don't think I will put it in the back pocket.

Square things are for back pockets. Unfortunately, my minidisc players were square. That got real expensive. Fortunately, phones are rectangular so the compulsion to back pocket it is much less.

Put me on the cautious/paranoid list.

Front left pocket while wearing jeans, front left shirt pocket AOAP. I like to wear a maroon denim button down as a light jacket and my Android has never been safer.

When i'm walking it sometimes goes in my back pocket but for the most part it stays up front. I'm just afraid i'm going to sit on it or something :(

:ditto:
I usually only see women carry their phones in back pockets as their front ones are next to nothing. Still considering getting a Note 2 but am just afraid that there's no way it'll fit in any of my pockets. My Gnex is already pushing it on some of my pants.

Odd, a lot of my clothes don't really have usable back pockets (except maybe jeans). I use a front pocket, handheld, niche in my car's dashboard, or case attached to my purse.

Right front pocket, cash and change odd cards and small hardware I have to get more of. Left front pocket nail clippers, Gerber E.A.B., led, flashlight, eye drops. Right rear, wallet. Which leaves the left rear. Sometimes the car keys are in the left rear. If I have cargo pants on, right phone pocket. If I'm using the holster, yeah sure. I guess I have a homeless phone.:(

that's easy target for perverts AND pickpockets alike ;p i just put mine in my bag.

I wouldn't necessary call it perves cause I'm sure if a male had it in his back pocket it'll get snatch too. I have seen a trend of females putting in the cleavage area. I don't know what that's all about.

No I don't carry it in my back pocket because I'm not a girl.

Don't know why they carry it there so often. I guess their pants are tighter and it doesn't fit well in the front? Also they aren't used to carrying anything in front pockets, like guys usually carry keys, ect. in their front pocket so it is natural.

Don't think its the best place seems alot more likely to break or fall out then securely in front pocket.

right front pocket! back pockets usually for wallets if you're a man of course..

I wouldn't necessary call it perves cause I'm sure if a male had it in his back pocket it'll get snatch too. I have seen a trend of females putting in the cleavage area. I don't know what that's all about.

If someone tries to snatch the phone from a bra - now it's not only theft but a sex crime too. So the snatcher is doubly damned.

A son-in-law carried his flip phone in his front pocket years ago. Leaning up against a counter and therefore the phone, almost demolished the phone. It was an El Cheapo LG or Samsung. The Vulcan uses his front pocket with the Nokia 6085 and it has never had an issue.

I can get my phone in a front pocket, I just don't trust it not to dial if I lean on something. That's why the holster. If we are on the bike - the phone goes in the inside jacket pocket.

I keep my warp and Dinc in my front.pockets keys on my side I won't put anything but receipts and my wallet in my back pocket

What if you fart.. Like one of those super toxic farts and all of sudden you need to pickup your phone to answer. .. Ahhh.... Absolutely No self respect
