Thanks for the responds guys, but it's not that it is slow to charge, it wont charge at all. The first day I flashed it I set it up and noticed the battery was low so i put it on the charger and nothing happend. I swaped chargers and had the same result. I just figured that the charge port was bad and left it alone. When I came back a few hours later it was charging, but the phone had died so it was off.
I was just hoping someone else had the same issue and could point me in the right direction, but I guess I'll just have to use a different rom. Thanks again for the suggestions.

Mine does that as well, although it doesn't charge slow, normal like most but does turn green @90 and takes its sweet time reaching 100

When no major changes are made such as base, then you can do a dirty flash, the only thing I don't remember is if you have to flash the Gapps again, LOL but I would also wait a bit, he will probably release another one shortly, seems like some are still having MMS issues, and any message over 160 characters are not be sent.
So as long as I do wipe anything when I flash, all my stuff will stay the same? For some reason I was thinking flashing would put the entire rom back to scratch. Also, I've watched as some roms are flashing and some of them wipe before flashing on their own. I'll try a dirty flash and see what happens. Just curious.

Yes, there are exceptions sometimes, depending on the Dev, some make there Roms wipe everything when you flash, so even if your don't wipe it gets wiped anyways. It usually says it in the OP.

I did mean don't. Just dirty flashed and it treated it like an update. Everything is still here! Hey, in 4ext recovery what is the apply update.zip option?

Bt the way you do have to re flash Gapps, just found out, LOL at least a member told me that, lol I am sure you will tell me if you did have to. I have not had to flash Gapps since I left me Hero days, LOL

1st looks like you flash and it looks good for now
2nd this release needs a full wipe, because there are many new features according to Lens, see below This is why I an not going to flash this one right now, knowing a new one is coming soon, LOL By the way Lens in from Russia, I just asked him. Tomsk Russia to be exact

That is because you have to reflash Gapps, but some of the new features won't work, so if you see issues with your phone you will have to to a wipe.
Just restored for now! I'll just wait for another update. It'll probably be here in 10 minutes
Awesome. Just downloaded this. Gonna see if i can improve my charge time! Probably the only feature I will mess with. This app is very Greek!
Eta: it doesn't seem to be charging with that enabled. Plugged in but down 2% since enabling force fast charge.

that option,basically just flashed from the sd card a file named "update.zip". i personally dont use it :smokingsomb:
as don said,you just needed to reflash gapps. dirty flash usually involves wiping cache/dalvik,then flash the rom,flash gapps. nothing wrong with trying it,just make sure that you do a full wipe if you encounter any issues and see if that fixes them. rom devs become really fustrated when folks eff things up with a dirty flash and then report the prollems as bugs

Back in my galaxy s days, update.zip normally was for flashing super user. Maybe it could involve that?

Or also if you want to create an app update, for example, in titanium back, lets say you want to flash different Roms, well you know, once you flash a Rom, all your apps are gone, so you have to either re download from the Play store, or have it download auto, or you can restore your backs ups from TB or RT, but wait, you don't have either on those apps because you just flash another Rom, well you can download that app again from the market and then restore, or when you first did your App back up with either app, you created an Update zip file on either TB or RT, so now when you flash your Rom, you simply flash the Update zip after you flash your Rom of either TB or RT so you can have that app at boot and then restore your apps.
And or also an app like SU.

By the way, in 2.52, it doesn't look like buttered toast is baked in. Can't force fast charge either. Also its running 4.1.1 rather than 4.1.2

Yes, when I enabled the force fast charge option, my phone stopped charging. Not a big deal but I wish that fast charge was working.
I have a couple games having problems on this rom. One acting funny, the other not working at all. That's about all that I've had problems with so far. I am really liking this rom for now!

I flashed mikes aosp kernel that allows fast charge, but needs to be enabled through adb or terminal emulator. Haven't actually charged to see if it works or not.
And yes I came back to pa. Couldn't resist
