Root [CDMA] Kernel Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a good kernel to use with myn's warm 2.3

just keep in mind that kernels will react differently on different phones. so really the best way to know for sure what will work for you is to make a nandroid backup and start flashing some kernels. give it a few days for it to settle in before deciding to move on to the next kernel. but for a starting point, i'm on the tiamat kernel as well. works pretty good for me. i can get 24-30 hrs off charge with moderate usage.

I was wondering which version of Tiamat are you using. I downloaded Tiamat E3D v1.1.0 but noticed 5 others on the website. I'm running Clean Rom 2.9.5 which I know you are on or were at 1 point. Per your results looking to see if I'll get the same...

Thanks!

that is the one i have on my phone. i always start out with the latest and greatest first. but so far on a few roms, this kernel has performed well for me. it this one is not working for you then just work your way down the list.

Every kernal I've tried besides either stock or slightly modified stock gives me lockups on every rom I've tried. Stock for me.

I have the same issue, every kernel locks up every rom ive tried it on. However with fresh i enjoy speed and great battery life with the stock kernel. Every phone is different

viperboy indicated that I might be able to get tiamat stable if I changed the undervolt but I don't really feel like opening that can of worms. The stock kernal is actually quite nice.

Maybe we'll geta source release for the kernal sometime soon so we can get something really great. The guys are flying blind now.
