Root [CDMA] [ROM] - Evo 3D CDMA - PAC [OFFICIAL]

OK, thought I was loosing my mind at first, no biggie having the X, the reboot happened as soon as I got in the car and put the phone on the charger, and then I put it in the cradle, hit the power button to wake screen up, and it was locked, then it reboot.

I have since set the kernel settings in performance as per BW specs preference

Govenor On demand
Min 384 Max 1566
Set on boot On
IO scheduler to Deadline
I also set the daily reboot to go on at 5AM each day

Yes that N7 boot anim is an unfortunate part of the SK Gapps package. I should make another just removing that or test mixing provision and set up from jb gapps and SK, I will have to check with him though for permission.
I am super surprised about reboots as I have not even had one yet in this version.

I consulted with the anthrax dev and he provided me with a patch for the random reboot issue. Some of the logs I received mentioned gfx2d_clk1 stuck at off. I will have a new build up later

Will you be the first to test for us, LOL:smokingsomb:

Just went to flash it once in installer it still showed build as rls 14.1 so I aborted the flash. I commented on op hopefully its just a typo waiting for bw to reply then I will flash and report back

Let me check I will tell you

IPWN - IM running this now...same issue with what the kernel said -

Hoping for a reboot free day,,,,,

Phone seems really sluggish, could not reboot, had to do a battery pull and noticed the battery was swelling, does not site flat and firm, umm I will call Sprint and see if I can have send me a new one. Foe now going to Nandroid back to PA, until the sluggish and reboots get fixed.

Scary. Was working on my setup last night and made a backup then restored to pa. Was getting ready to restore back to pacman to work on it some more. Do you think it was the rom that messed up the battery or just the battery going bad? I can't be without a phone waiting on a battery :/

No I don't believe it is the Rom, maybe battery was just getting old, as MC mentioned battery will be 2 years old already. Sprint was useless, I will go to the Store tomorrow and show it to them, it still should not be swelling like that. Your good to set up the Rom and play, remember every phone is different, what works on mine might not on yours and visa versa. ;)

Worst case if Sprint does not give me one tomorrow I will get one on eBay

Thinking about flashing buttered toast 14 as its working well with pa. Maybe I'll try 14.2 also...

I got the latest sources from Bigwillyg's repo and I'll build in today sometime. I gotta talk to him about comparing defconfig cause it looks like mine isn't in sync with his. Will let you know. Definitely sticking with his kernel though cause I'll tell you the places I see his code going I like. I been doing C and C++ professionally for many years and The two kernel devs that work on that kernel definitely do some pretty slick stuff. More on the way...

I have no doubt you will figure it out, it was just not doing well with my phone, and being on HBoot 1.4 for years and never really having an issue, I was surprised. But as mentioned all phone are different IMO you just never know. I will be back, just needed to Nandroid back for now as I need my phone too much and could not deal with the reboots and sluggishness. I will definitely be back.

Is this going to require a clean install?
