Okay, I found out how to enable it

Settings > Storage > Menu button > USB computer connection

Nothing is selected by default.

I've tried both MTP and Mass storage, either way it just reverts to Mass storage, unmounts the SD card from the phone, and displays a notification that it's connected to the computer. There's a button in the notification that says "turn on USB storage", but when tapped it just tries to load and then gives up after awhile. The computer still doesn't see it. I'm gonna try a reboot just for the hell of it

EDIT: What's weird is that after plugging it in, Windows sees a new drive for a split second and then decides there's nothing there.

In device manager I have both "Android ADB Interface" and "HTC Android Phone USB Device". It also allows me to safely remove it. It just doesn't show up in explorer.

Hmm. The camera preview is still messed up for me.

SD Mounting doesn't work either; I know it's not on the list but I seem to recall a few people saying it worked for them.

camera preview does work. try a full wipe then flash again. i found my mistake with usb mounting and is now fixed in todays build..

I also verified everything. Even Netflix hulu and HBO go work. So mms or cm10 then mms?

Damn. I had yesterday's version installed by mistake. It showed up as the most recent at the time.

I'm gonna try just flashing it over and see if it works. Otherwise I'll probably wait til USB mounting is fixed today and then do a full wipe. Thanks!

In my opinion mms then cm10. Unless you're completely stuck on the mms issue. I'd rather have a fully functional cm9 while we wait for cm10 to be built. Especially since there is no guarantee that cm10 won't have issues of its own. Of course it depends on your time and capabilities though, and is ultimately your decision :)

I can personally live without MMS for the time being considering I almost never send or receive pictures. It's just a nice thing to have.

It depends on how difficult it'll be to get it working. If it's a lot of work, it's probably not worth it to put all that work into CM9 instead of CM10.

Flashing Anthrax Kernel seems to have fixed the video playback and camera :o

Either that, or my phone magically downloaded and flashed the newest version of the ROM.

USB Storage still not working?

MMS isn't a big issue for me. Hopefully this girl I'm talking to doesn't start to get freaky with me any time soon... In which case I'll just flash a stock ROM and we'll all be happy

Well I dunno about that. I don't deal with kernels. I can get everything but Bluetooth working with a pure stock sense kernel. So I usually stick with one kernel and work with that.

is freaking beautiful. Thanks JMZ. You are a beast as advertised... and you work REALLY F'ING FAST! Lol. Seriously though, awesome work! :)

I vote for CM10 over MMS, if MMS is looking like a major time sink (GOSMS works if I need it) . The picture fix cured my last issue with CM9.

Or just use boot manager. It an amazing app. But this rom doesn't play nice on sdcard

How is he breaking rules? I always thought his kernel was just a kernel lol.
