just heard the warning sirens..pretty cool how they can almost call a play by play on the news...almost block by block! not close enough to get in the basement or anything yet...hopefully it will skip me:) shoot they are telling people to pull over and find shelter if they are driving in the area right now...must be a big one!

...I LOVE thunderstorms...tornados not so much:mad:

Thx:) It would take more than a tornado to take me out😝 I'm fine. Funnel clouds never touched down .. More fun stuff on its way tomorrow tho!

sooooo.....:D:D since I KNOW Dan misses my ramblings on and on about nothing....

I'm going to go work on the garden before it storms..I have a total black thumb but I'm going to try:smokingsomb: so I'm going to plant tomatoes all kinds..bell peppers..green onions..zuccini..lettuce..strawberys..maybe cucumber..herbs...green beans...

any other suggestions??


Oh..and I can FEEL holiday coming! It must be soon because in the last few days I really don't seem to care about anything..I mean care if things are in order or finished or if I'm running late or someones going slow...or is uptight..or things are on schedual ..or..really pretty much nothing bothers me at all!
eh...it just doesn't matter..life is good and happiness is a choice..so I win: yes I know I said choice not competition but hey....I am who I am...or am I?:rolleyes:
oh yeah..I've also decided that I will be going to Brazil for Holiday this year! Can't wait!!! I'm on standby so I dont know the exact day of take off..but it will be within in the next two weeks.. maybe sooner..As I said..I'm already packing:D

Huh, take care of yourself first. Gardening comes in secondplace, after the storm.
 
well I managed to get most of the soil ready to go before in got dark and the winds picked up..no T storm yet..but it's coming! yeah! I love a good storm.
On a side note..I will be bringing my garden with me on holiday. I hear those Brazilians really like their steaks..:D
 
shoot:mad: just got 3 alerts..60 mph winds severe storm heading right this way..supposed to hit exactly the time my boys get off the school bus...imma going to go meet them:)
side note...it is sooo cool how they can tell you almost street by street when it will hit!

I looked at the radar and all the storms are moving NE at a rapid rate. You should be OK. Good luck anyway.
 
I,m fine:) I LOVE storms..1st round came and went..lawn chairs blew into the pool and when I was pulling out the drive to PU the boys at the bus stop they came running up backpack on their heads soaking wet in wind and the rain..hahaha:rolleyes: but thats about it!
 
but hey.. I made them home made chocolate chip cookies..still warm from the oven when they walked in the door ..AND i remembered to save some dough to eat so.....:rolleyes:
