Class action law suite for Youtube app disfunction

You people do realize you're arguing with a ghost, right? He was banned before I even joined.

But, thanks for bumping this thread. I had heard of the "legend of the lawsuit thread", but never thought I would see it for myself....

For the record I am not a lawyer but have multiple close relatives who are and after discussing this with them we all agreed to file this law suite. You will be able to track paper work via online in the near future. Our list of affected users is growing rapidly.

Give me a break. You can't even spell lawsuit correctly.

I do have to say that this cheered me up. This is what makes our country so great. Any idiot like this one believes he has a right to do this and will find some dumbass lawyer to take his case and tie up our court systems. Just like others have noted. Also, I work for a pretty big software company and have some knowledge of engineering, so whenever our software breaks, I guess I better tell our lawyers to get ready for a lawsuite and have the drinks ready. Never heard of us getting sued for that before. BTW, we do fix it just like all major companies but not the next day like this guy was expecting it to be fixed.

She won that however...sigh =(
I did some checking on Stella Liebeck, (the woman who sued McDonalds), and it turns out the coffee was served much hotter than advertised, (agreed it was HOT COFFEE), and had asked McDonalds to help her with just the medical bills, and McD said "no"

So this "law suite" is gonna get Napster "payed" huh, bwahahahahahaha!!!!!!!! This thread is full of fail AND win at the same time! LOL :D
