Root Clear SD Card Partitions

Can anybody tell me how to clear the partitions on an sd card? I did the partition thinking I wanted to use a2sd but I'm not really liking the way it works and want to go back.

edit:nevermind, I figured it out. Thanks though

ok was gonna ask what was not working for you, but looks like you found the answer. a2sd and partitioning is the way to go if you really want more apps and more room on your card. what rom are you on?

I'm running fresh, which supports darktremors...but it seems like a lot of work to do it. The only other rom that I have had any real interest in is cm, though after hearing about the bootloop problem I'll probably wait until they figure that one out.

DT does take a bit to learn but with the space you can gain it's well worth it. I and running around 130 apps I could not do this without DT.

I'm sure I could figure it out if I really wanted/needed to, but I have a tablet which I use most of the time that I used to use my phone...work, trips, etc. Because of that the only thing I really need my phone for is wifi tether(the main reason I stay rooted) and apps/games that I would need to use when a computer or tablet is not readily available.

+1 on dt. Any cm is not single handedly going to throw your phone into a bootloop. I run aosp about 80% of the time and don't have any issues.

edit: last I checked, the aosp roms were the only ones that were throwing the phones into deathloops.

I know that the odds are that my phone will be just fine, however, there is still a chance that it won't. No matter how small that chance is, I'm not willing to risk it. I know that the cm devs are aware of the problem, and I'm sure that they are working on it. Not to sound like an arsehole, but I feel that the more people that do as I do and don't use the ROM, the more incentive the devs have to fix the problem and the quicker it will get done. Again, I don't want this to be misconstrued as me criticizing them or saying that they aren't trying...I'm just saying that when any group/company/etc starts to lose business because of a problem with their product, they will devote more and more resources and work harder towards fixing the problem. I've got a ton of respect for the cm devs as well as all of the other devs that work on this stuff for us and do so either for free or for donations only. They continuously make our phones better and better and make it possible for even the most technologically ignorant person to use their phone to its highest potential.
