I'm currently running SPR 3b, but I would like to be able to use the ROM Manager for updates on my NexBeast 1.0 ROM. Is it difficult to go from Clockword to SPR and back if need be?

very simple rom manager can do it all for you. There is a flash alternate recovery option in rm that will flash you back to SPR

Press the button on the top of the Rom Manager main screen.
