OK fix for GPS and it work without WiFi just copy this file in system/lib/hw folder change permission to rw r r then reboot you guys need root explore or a file manager to copy this file let me know

Do I copy the zip directly or extract the two files within? I copied the zip and changed permissions on the file and folder and reset but still no luck in ingress or GPS test

When I tried tester #9, before I flashed it I went into my maps application and let the GPS lock on then I rebooted into recovery and flashed the Rom and the GPS was working fine. I forgot to try with new build. I'll try after I take my son to school.

Yes you change permission in the file then reboot is the same for all three file lib go in lib and the GPS files go in lib/hw
