Have you tried a different camera app a side from the stock one ?

I didn't actually. I did however do a quick clean flash and skipped the setup wizard to test the camera but still no dice. I'm on a Virgin Mobile volt if it means anything...

Interesting I have virgin mobile as well and my camera works except video

That's just the GPS mode, battery saving means it only uses wifi/data connections to get your location instead of GPS satellites

I don't know if you need to, but it doesn't hurt, and it takes like 5 seconds tops, so I always do it.

When I lock the screen it keeps waking and has a scrolling message on the top saying No SIM card - Roaming indication off. It has service. I also flashed the sprint.zip Any idea on a fix?

Turn off lift to wake option in settings

OK so far the only issues I'm having is the no sim card on the lock screen and cant send or receive pics...MMS issue. Any ideas? I'm on the 4/9 build. Also I have no problems with the camera. On virgin mobile

Why do websites list our resolution as 360 x 640 when it's supposed to be 540 x 960 @ 240 dpi? Resolution changing apps list our resolution as the latter, the correct resolution for our phone. Perhaps this might be why our phones won't play YouTube as 480p.

Read the thread man. LTE works, all you need to do is flash the APN fix from the OP. I'm on virgin mobile and everything works....including both cameras and LTE.

So just updated to 4-17 and seems I can now send MMS but when I receive something it says its to big to download. Anyway to fix this or do I need to use a different SMS messenger?

I have sprint and I've lost lte complete no matter what I do and I'm on a stock rom right now I believe z5. Losing lte sucks and 3g is brutal.. The apn fix for sprint did nothing just hope there will be a legit fix

No rear on mine.... Maybe it is the fact there are 2 kinds of LG Volt Cameras. And also I didn't do the lte fix zip but a trick is ##UPDATE# on the phone caller.

Beware everytime I tried the ##UPDATE# I got stuck with this and would constantly Pop up making the phone unusable

Honestly, I don't know if the ROM even has anything to do with it at this point. I used the LG tool and flashed back to complete stock. Still stuck at 3G.

It's possible. I did some flashing yesterday but reverted back to a nandroid of my normal setup, and haven't had LTE at all today. I've had very strong 3G though. I'm wondering if it's a server issue. I'm on Virgin Mobile by the way.

I have a second Volt that I have not done any flashing with and it has full LTE. To me, this would rule out issues on the carrier's side.

Starting to think so myself. I went up by the Wendy's where I work, where I always have LTE, and... no LTE lol.

That's not cm12 maybe there's a different code for stock

Just noticed a bug after a full day on 4-17 build. Play store crashes right after download and right before install occurs. Can't find the play store under the apps list to force stop or clear data/cache
