I believe he has it set up so that you can only pm him if he sends you one first. A lot of developers do this so that their inbox doesn't get flooded with noob questions.

Hey hroark13 I don't mind testing builds and getting logcats for you. I've used to be a tester for porting cm12 to a LG phone before I got this phone. But yeah just hit me up if you want a tester. And yeah I'm currently sitting in irc and no one is here
