You are 100% correct. Whether a ROM is official or not has nothing to do with how stable it is. In order to get the ROM official status you have to join the team and jump through a lot of hoops. If the ROM was not released by the official dev team for that ROM then it is called unofficial. Usually with low and mid end phones everything is unofficial because the official teams are more interested in flagships.Probably because it's a port and not officially released by team CM

You have to enable root access in developer options. Go to about phone in settings and tap on the build number 7 times to turn on developer options. Then go into developer options and enable root access.I flash the rom and I flash the zip for xposed installer now I try to install busy box it doesn't want to install help
This ROM comes with busybox already installed.I had the ROM before but I lost my backup so I just flashed it again and now I can't install busybox help anyone
Are you Trying to install GravityBox[JB], GravityBox(KK), or GravityBox(LP)? It sounds like you are trying to install the wrong version of GravityBox. You need the LP(Lollipop) version.I mean gravity box everytime I try to install it it says app not installed I'm going to switch back to aicp until I get help
Twrp is already installed. You can't flash the ROM without having twrp installed. It sounds like your real problem is that you can't reboot into twrp. Go into developer options and turn on advanced reboot. Then you will have an option to reboot recovery inside the power menu.I can't install twrp help

I cannot see them when I go restore backup but the space on my SD card shows there still there let me give u a example I made a backup on my SD card the total space was 5800 as an example when the backup was my sd card total space was 5700 but when to restore the backup was gone but my SD card total space was still 5700 I have 64 GB SD card sorry if its confusingMaybe move the backups to another folder then move them back?
