Noob explanationCyanogen MOD 12.1 (Android 5.1.1) for ZTE ZMAX
You need to be rooted and have TWRP installed (normally, not switched up)

do not restore data in TWRP from another ROM or older version, the DATA partition has a lot of OS related system stuff in it, use a backup and restore utility like Titanium Backup, to just back up you apps, app data, messages, call log, etc, etc,
If you have sensor issues (the screen goes black when you receive a phone call)

Okay. The steps in the Original Starting Post should inform you very well how to install this ROM. As for us being on Lollipop, CM12.1 is an android 5.1.1 ROM, so once it is installed we have lollipop, same as every other lollipop ROM. If you were to install one if these ROMs and then revert back to a stock ROM you'd end up back at 4.4.4 in your case for metro or 4.4.2 for anyone with the T-Mobile phone (T-Mobile, Univision Mobile, Walmart Family Mobile). Now then, the steps for installing this CM ROM should be identical to installing Butternoob. But, as a disclaimer, anything you do to your phone is your responsibility, no one here is responsible for any mistakes you may make but yourself

Yes. Advanced wipe. Cache, Dalvik Cache, system, and data should be wiped.

After you install the ROM and the required GAPPS , just enjoy the ROM. If you backed up some of your apps with titanium backup. Restore the apps. That's it. Just enjoy the ROM

Lol believe me I'm just as new to this as u are. Fiddler is a program that spoofs how your carrier would be seeing your user agent strings, which in an extreme short hand and noob explanation is how they know you're tethering. Google fiddler, download it, open it, go to tools, then user agent, select custom, a box will pop up and leave it blank and press OK. I'm at almost 35 gbs of tethering data, haven't throttled me yet, so I know it works. My overall data was fifty something to correct my earlier post.

The exposed framework isn't working as in? Not installing? Or problems with the modules. I myself don't use Xposed. But I know the lollipop version is in pre-alpha. So not every module you want will work
Hello everyone, quick question I was wonder if its possible that once I installed this ROM it would make me get slower download speeds on my wifi, I checked on my brothers phone and hes getting double what I'm getting and were both on the same network which is a 5ghz frequency??

I can't use the exposed framework or the modules it's says exposed is not yet compatible with android SDK version 22 I looked it up on YouTube I don't know which file to download arm 64,arm,or x86
