Wow my entire setup? Ok, well here goes.
First and foremost, my rom of choice is Deck 1.3d. I'm a bit of a Deck fanboy, with good reason. His roms are great. Follow him @kushdeck on twitter. Here is a direct download link to the rom: Dev-Host.org - The Ultimate Free File Hosting / File Sharing Service
Next is the gapps, I just use the regular gapps on Goo-inside.me Downloads - Browsing gapps
For kernels, I always run Tiamat 3.3.7 sbc. It has never given me any issues. Great battery life. HTC Evo 4G
Last flashing item is the GPS Fix with the Qualcomm 1.1 drivers. Makes the AOSP GPS lock like a charm. [FIX][AOSP][MIUI] All GPS fixes! - xda-developers
Now for my actual setup, you would need the following
FancyWidget Pro
GoWeather (started using this very recently)
GoLauncher EX (although ADW EX is nice too)
Decked out Blues (Market theme, paid...very nice)
I also exclusively use the Sony Sketch theme. You can get a flashable zip file in this thread 300 Flashable Font Packs - Change your system fonts the easy way! - xda-developers
I haven't messed with it, but apparently you can also change your system font with ROM toolbox, which is a great free app. If you're using a kernel that supports the Smartass or InteractiveX governor, you can use this too, but with AOSP, you don't need to because it's baked into the ROM most of the time.
For widgets, I think the GoWidgets are great and are better than the Sense widgets in many ways. If you like ADW or LauncherPro, then Android Pro Widgets is pretty decent too. I keep my setup pretty simple though. Three homescreens is all I need.
And with everything above said, I've been running MikG 3.0 for the past week just because it's a damn good rom. But I usually switch back and forth every two weeks just for a change of pace. These two ROMs are definitely my sweet spot.
