Root CNA vs Quattrimus

I don't even know what CNA is other than a certified nurse or something, but I've been seeing talk about their builds popping up here and their. Can some someone tell me what Codenamed Android is all about and is their ICS ROM worth the time? I'm happy with the CM9 build and can't wait for the final release, but I just want other views on what CNA is.

I'm sticking with quattrimus

GPS works. 3G works Facebook che kins work

I was testing out the new quattrimus build (alpha 7) and i obviously have issues with aiming lol so i had to switch back to backside... which is still running super smooth fortunately! :)

Eventually we will figure out the video issues and get the camera working on quattrimus. Remember, it's an alpha, and even if some people do use it as a daily driver, it's not meant to be used all the time yet. ;)

I'm still trying to figure out how to get the 3g to stay connected and I've seen some people have figured it out. And has anyone had any luck with sending mms? Is there a setting for sending mms through wifi?
On a side note, the build runs extra smooth, but like JerryScript was saying, I figured thus to be a tester of sorts so I went back to the iho ROM which has given me no problems. the one thing that got me though is when switching back to the iho ROM my camera no longer works, just takes black pictures. I'm thinking about re flashing the ROM and gapps to see if that helps. This all happened this morning after a tree fell and took out our power line while my phone was plugged in. Great way to wake up. Sorry for the rant

Realistically, aside from eye candy, what would this give us that BACKside doesn't?
One improvement I have found is the Apps (in settings) both looks better and works better in ICS. Under IHO, almost every time I tried to move an app to the sd, it failed the first time and worked the second. With ICS, it worked every time (I have since gone to using link2sd, which works out better for me).
When they get the camera issues worked out (yes, I am patient. I know they are working on it and appreciate their efforts) the ICS camera is supposed to be a lot nicer, although you can get most of that functionality with an app such as Camera ICS. Actually, many of the features of ICS are available through apps and launchers; it would just be nice to have them all a part of the rom.
Beyond that, yeah, eye candy and the feeling that you have an up-to-date system that works very smoothly. And BACKside has some very nice eye candy.

I've been curious about Quattrimus for a while, but I'm going to wait until it's at least out of alpha. Have you guys tried Harmonia 2 yet? It's got great eye candy, and it runs smooth as butter on my Op V. Add in ADW EX and you've got more options than you'll ever need.

CNA= Certified Nursing Assistant. My mom's a CNA.

I have not tried Harmonia 2. Do you have a download link?

CodeName Android. Is just an ics variant from what I can tell. And tdm has done a great job on his rom, I tested it while it was in alpha 2.

My CNA ROM isn't as stable as tdm's as of right now. I've just merged in the changes for MMS but camera isn't going to happen until Bob updates his sources for it.

As for differences, it's all about the frameworks. A few things I've noticed is:
You can center clock
Change up the reboot menu
Add navigation keys to the bottom, and change color
Change the number of apps being launched from the lockscreen, as well as the apps that are launched from lockscreen
Change wallpaper for lockscreen
Make a battery indicator on the statusbar
Change color for a lot of things
Option for statusbar transparency
Home, Menu, Back and Search icons in reboot menu
On/Off menu in statusbar

and a new option for build.prop edits such as:
Uncap 3g limits (awesome, IMO)
Change wifi interval
etc.

It's all based on personal preferances. I can tell you I've been running it for a while now, and I love it.

If you want camera, stick with CM9.
