Color discrepancy?

My brother and I bought new bionics but have noticed there are some color discrepancies between the two. The whites seem off. We used the same settings but can't figure out which one of our bionics is displaying colors incorrectly. And is there a fix? Thanks.

Hm that's kinda strange. I know you said you have the same settings but just to be redundant, you both have screen brightness set exactly the same?

The one on the left appears more normal to me.

Here's mine at full brightness with the same wallpaper but taking a picture of a screen is kinda tricky...

We both have the display set to "automatic brightness" and the battery mode is set to "maximum battery saver." It's strange because the phone on the right has a yellowish tint to the white color.

If I exchange this to Costco, do you think the one on the right appears to have the "incorrect" color display? Thanks.

I think so. Compared to the picture I took the one on the left looks the same and the one on the right does look yellowish.

It is impossible to judge much from the two images that you provided.

-- You are not looking at the same page of the Home screen on both Bionics.

-- The one on the left appears to have some reflection on the screen from the room lighting.

You could try the free app ... API Demos ... to compare the two. In particular, run through the Graphics section.

You could try the Performance Mode battery setting.

You could take them both back to where you bought them and compare them to a third Bionic to answer your concern.

true, i think i'll have to go back to costco and compare it against a third phone.

Neither of the pics in the OP look quite right to me. The one on the left is to blue, and the one on the right is a tad yellow in the white shades. The green looks correct on in the right hand pic.

don't know if this has anything to do with anything, but I took this in. L. A. The other using a Thunderbolt. Then I exchanged the Tbolt for the Bionic. Bionic's WAY better

The one on the right has a green hue to it. I ran into this same problem myself.

I had a bionic that was normal.... then sent it back due to bad reception. The new one that came in looked like the one on the right...green. So I sent it back and got one that looked normal again.
