For the past 4 days I have had connectivity issues. Yesterday, I was late for a meeting because I couldn't get Google maps to work. I decided to take a cab, but I couldn't get the address b/c my internet wasn't working!
This morning I couldn't get onto the internet, and there were no emails on my phone.
THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!
The VZW technical support (using the term VERY loosely) had me do a factory reset (which I had already done- WHY do they insist on making you re-do things you have already done in an attempt to fix things?!?). I had already done several battery pulls, etc.
Then- WITHOUT checking it had fixed the problem- he said, "Well, if it happens again..." at which point I interrupted and told him it was STILL happening, and that the second factory reset had not fixed the problem, either.
Long story short- they are sending me a replacement. A refurb. I. Am. PISSED.
My next step is to remove & reinsert the sim card.
GRRRRRRR.


Now, if, the FIRST tech guy had listened to me, this could have been resolved days ago (or so I thought). Kevin was kind enough to call the corporate store and make sure they had plenty of sim cards for me to go get. (Funnily enough, the female tech support person I spoke to this morning told me that I could *not* simply walk into a store to get a new sim, and that the new "policy" was that they had to be Fed Exed. Ummm, okay....)
