Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

Nope - I'll be sticking around lending moral support - I might not be here every 30 seconds but I won't leave you hanging. Like I said earlier you are all (or most of you) like family now....

When I ordered the phone, the person in the store said it would ship 6/18 (yeah i know how funny that sounds now!). Then that night we had to call 611 about a mix up on our account and the lady on the phone also said it would ship 6/18.

Of course the 18th came and went and by then I had been on here and knew those people were smoking something funny to give me that date.

I sent an email to customer service and they said it would ship by 7/8. Its a little sad but that actually sounds more reasonable to me.

Looking forward to going crazy (or should I say MORE crazy) with ya'll!

I honestly dont think the real craziness hits until your about a week out from your shipping date, definately the week of your shipping date. Right now its like, eh, its a long way off...but maybe, just maybe they will get caught up and ship mine early! Then you keep reading and realize that is not going to happen. So mostly its just disappointment and disillusionment now. Give it a week more or so...then you start feeling a little

HA! That is probably so true. :)

My accessories that I ordered showed up yesterday and I was walking around with my empty case going "this is missing something." My family just looked at me like I was insane. Little do they know what they are in for! :)
 
I've got a Dinc in my hand right now, too bad it's not mine and one for testing for work. Order date was 6/3 and it was recieved 6/23
 
I wanted a ship date from CS, they wouldn't give me one, we argued, exchanged cruel insults and spat in each others ears through the phone line.

Then I got serious and pulled out my light sabre. I'm the one on the left, CS rep on right ...

Mine too!! I now have all accessories and have even told my family that my case was bought cause it matches a pair of shoes i have. Lol - both have zebra prints. I have totally lost it - this phone better be as good as those who have gone before us claim!

I have my tracking info and Phone will be here tuesday.
I have skinned and prepped this kitty and am ready to eat. Have a great weekend!

So much for next day delivery because of the delay. Just noticed that from our new bill online they also seemed to start charging for the data package when the phone was ordered. Keep an eye out for that.

Looks like it will be charging all night Tuesday because I am working from 4:30pm till midnight.
