It's not a virus but rather a scam. Apparently some people are inclined to send money to someone on the web who promises to award a larger amount of money such as a lottery prize.

Ok, I have been following this post sense I ordered my Incredible on 6/3. I have seen a lot of people fuss and argue over when they should get their DINC and have seen other people get theirs early and others get theirs late. I just just received my notice from VZW. My DINC was to be delivered on 6/24, NOT, It with be delivered on 6/30. What happened to two day delivery?

Well it says on the tracking website what kind of shipping they are doing. Verizon doesn't even use Home delivery they use either Standard Overnight or 2nd Day delivery. Both of which do ship on Mondays...just sayin

I see what you are saying...I thought the site said residential ...that is why I said home delivery.. If its going to your house as mine is....I dont think you will get it tomorrow. ????

I am glad you pointed that out by the way. I didnt realize it was a difference I always have assumed residential delivery didn't come on Mondays
So help me, if after this intolerable waiting game...frustrating delivery scheduling notification SNAFU....that phone shows up with any or all of the following problems:
Pink hued screen
Call reception problems
Power button issues
Dead battery
Mumps
Measles or
Rubella

I ordered 5/27. My biz rep processed the order on 6/4. So really, I've been waiting for the Dinc for 4 weeks. I was hoping to get my new Dinc at the beginning of this week, however reading the posts leaves me with little faith that this will happen. And, with all of the talk with swapping to a different screen, it leaves a REALLY bad taste in my mouth about VZW and HTC. My bizness has already paid for the bill (I pay my company for the phone) is carrying the cost until the Dinc actually arrives. My Innocase and Skinomi are at my house ready for for the device. Like I said before, at this point throwing in the towel to switch to the X is a hard option for me to swallow. But, after all of the waiting with little answers, I really want to stick it to VZW and pressure them to "upgrade" me to the X. I got a chance to play with the EVO and love everything about it. The screen size, camera and processor really impressed me. I like the fact that you can sync with other home electronics with the X. Most importantly, I want to have the biggest and baddest phone!! In short, After a couple weeks with the Dinc (if it arrives this week) The X will be ordered and Dinc returned. Please excuse my rant after 3-4 glasses of wine. I love this forum but hope to be out of here by the end of next. ~End Rant. My sympathy goes out to all have been waiting and congratulations to all those who have been "Dinc"ing. Back to Last Comic Standing.
As far as I know there is no additional contract but I may be wrong. I don't really mind if there is because I have always had verizon and have no plans to change. The only thing that bothers me is the $30 data plan. I know I will not use it that much but i guess I just have to wait for the 4g to come out so verizon changes their prices like att did.
She said it should be at my home end of july- august.
I hope that the screen replacement does make it ship faster but I will be pretty pissed if i do get a slcd cuz i mainly use my phone indoors.
sigh... my expected date was 6/25, havent heard a peep yet, but im hoping since it was a friday that i might get the fabled shipping notice tomorrow, *crosses fingers, toes, and anything else crossable*

You will use the data package more than you ever dreamed unless I miss my guess. I'm using a dang Storm and still love the access. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying $30 buckazoids a month is a deal and something cheaper would be readily welcomed. Don't frett over the $30 bucks.. you will enjoy and with the Dinc it should love

Just checked and it is "FedEx 2 Day Service - Indirect"
It's estimated for 6/29 delivery but I am going to go ahead and elevate my hopes for a Monday delivery since it's actually been in Denver since 11:15 PM 6/26.
Probably a mistake but I'm going to do it anyway.
Can't blame ya none. Cost nothing extra to hope.
