Hey everyone. 6/7 online order here.
I just got off the phone with Online Sales Rep and he was probably one of the best reps I could have asked for. After taking my order reference number he told me that he saw that my order ship date was supposed to be today, which comforted me in a sense that at least he admitted to the promised date and didn't give me any 'estimate date' bs. He told me that there was no shipment info or tracking number up and that therefore my order hadn't shipped yet and then explained immediately that for some unknown reason the last 2 shipments they were planning to receive from HTC hadn't come in, which in turn resulted in a further delay in our shipments. He went on to explain that it was due to Samsung's screen development but I let him know I knew of the screen shortage and such.
When I asked him when I can expect my order to be shipped by now - expecting a vague answer which ultimately would provide me with no info - he told me that the absolute worst case scenario would be a 5 day delay but that it was much more likely that I have my DINC in hand before the weekend. He also confirmed that I would be receiving it as overnight, and thus the next business day from the ship date.
Although I received what is clearly bad news, due to my lurking here I was already expecting such and the rep was very clear and helpful. Maybe I just have lower standards from all the stories I read of here, but somehow I am not upset over this at all. Perhaps I may still get a shipping notification e-mail tonight?
What's the latest time during the day anyone has received the notification e-mail?

, just grinding my teeth and pissing in the wind. It has been a fun read though, but hopefully I get out soon.This is getting rediculous. 6/3 here, I've got nothing but lies. A csr promised me multiple times on 6/24 that it shipped and would be in my hands on the 25th, but I had no tracking number because "FedEx doesn't give them anymore." BS. They wont compensate me at all, and they continue to give me random-out-the-ass estimates. I hope I get it this week. Im so pissed, and to rub salt in the wound, people who ordered after me are getting their devices! Wtf Verizon, I'm so tempted to just go to the local VZW store and drown it with 700 gallons of fire-grade foam. FSCK.
