Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

I hear ya! I just sold my Droid and shipped it out today and am using a red razor for the next few weeks. 6 hours of it and I'm already dying to get rid of it!
 
Okay here is what I'm thinking. Since my first order on 5/8 should have arrived today (long story, but the shipment actually came to my hometown today and was sent back to Memphis) then my real order on 5/12 should arrive Sunday or Monday.

Just curious - why did they send it back to Memphis? Do you know?

I ordered mine (online) on 5/12 (morning) and I've been told (by different reps) that my ship date is "by May 27" and also "by May 28". I was also told "between May 27 and 31".

I unfortunately would not get your hopes up on that one. People have been receiving phones from the 5/8 order date for the past 4 days... have not seen anything past that yet

I complained enough that they gave me the phone for free. To do that they had to order me a new phone. So I actually had two orders (5/8 & 5/12). You and I are in the same boat my friend. My guess is Tuesday, May 25th.
 
My delivery date was in three days, much less than the verizon 'will ship in a week' estimate.

How ridiculous is it that I go back and forth between wishing I didn't get the phone for free so I could have it right now? I'll probably have to wait an additional week to save $230. It is awesome but sucks at the same time.

That's basically what it says for everybody. Mine has siad that for a week now.
 
ordered 2 phones online at verizon wireless's website on 5/9 night and got processed on 5/10. Got the first phone but I have yet to receive any information about the incredible.
 
ordered mine 5/14 or 5/15, nothing from Verizon in my email yet. Called into them and rep said they wont even get the next shipment from HTC untill 6/8. When I ordered, it said "ship by" was 5/29, but I am seriously doubting that now.
 
Did anyone's message on the website change status or was there an email received about shipping when you received your order? Just wondering if checking the VW website is a waste or not.
 
dates been pushed back again on the verizon site to 6/10, and i saw a tv commercial last night for the incredible. youd think that would just push back orders even farther down the hole. oh well...ordered on 5/9 and people have started getting theirs, if mine doesnt come on friday im gonna freak my leak
