Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

Yay! Looks like they are moving right along. Hope everyone with earlier dates gets their soon, cause then it's on to the 5/18 orders! Hot diggity dog!
 
So I just called VZW CS and asked about my order since the website is wicked slow. I was told that back-orders should be shipping out today and the rest of the week and should look for mine towards Friday.. I am a 5/21.. hope this gives everyone some hope!

I'm not a troll honest and it's an Incredible! :D I've been following this thread since I ordered on 5/21 and yes this is my first post (is there something wrong with that?). I've been wanting an Android phone since December but could not make up my mind (currently on the Sprint SERO plan). I was originally going to get the HTC Evo but after that extra fee crap I decided to go to the D-Inc and say bye to Sprint.

Very interesting. Though I'll believe it when I have my phone in hand. :D

I'm a 5/22 and was told it would ship by June 11th, so if this turns out to be true, I'll be a happy camper.

Though, thanks to the delayed shipping, I found this site and have already stacked up some great accessories I'd most likely never have found otherwise (such as the 1750 mAh battery).

Wow...u got lucky! I ordered 5/24 & can't wait much longer. Maybe ill get mine a week ahead of What they estimated.....lol. you would think at some point they would get supply and demand evened out. Maybe there aren't as many orders now that people know they have to wait so long. Who knows. Just hope I get mine soon.
 
Ordered via Amazon May 27th, showed estimated delivery date July 13th - July 21st...
Just got an email update today saying the delivery estimate has been bumped up to June 8th.

I'm all for the possibility that you aren't incorrect or misleading us. But if you are correct and people who have still been waiting since 5/16 are left cold, expect pitchforks and fires of jealousy outside your stead.
 
I ordered online on 5/18 and I just talked to a VZW rep... I gave her my order number and she said that the ship out date is 6/8. Does that seem right?
If 5/16 people are getting their tracking numbers already, shouldn't 5/18 orders be shipped out earlier than 6/8?

Yes random. I called the store I ordered from every three days. I didn't get a notice and the only reason I knew was b/c I called the store again today.

I can't help but wonder if it's b/c of my location.

Last Friday I was told 6/11 so kinda excited but not trying to get my hopes up. I asked if they got a big shipment and he said ya, they had a bunch of back orders to fill which is obvious.
 
Nothing on mine yet. Ordered in a corp store on the 22nd. I'm about to go nuts and my wife is too since i keep playing with her moto droid.

As long as i get it by the 14th im set. If its sooner i will not complain :) Now we have to get our bill straight. Verizon has it all jacked. Siiiigggghhh :(

yes it does, this is actually very relieving to hear since our 5/21 ship date is 6/11 according to the vz website

Has anyone tried Amazon?
I logged in tonight - have not completed order yet - but they are giving me a ship date of 06/04 (2 day shipping). Or, 06/03 (1 day shipping).
