Root [Debloat] Custom Browser.apk

I move the stock browser to sdcard/download then the custom browser apk is not there.

Oh. I think the stock browser may have replaced the custom. Do the have the exact same name? I would just move the stock to a different part of the sd card than where you downloaded the custom.

Ill try that and see what happens, I've done it a few times already and it keeps doin the same thing. Weird.

I have a metro pcs LG connect 4G phone.

I rooted my phone.

I uninstalled my metroweb (at the time i did not know i needed it) , so now the google play store would always crash.
Restored my phone to factory and it did not put metroweb back so I was just was living with the issue.

I came across this thread and put the browser files in the apps folder and it still crashed.

I opened up the apps folder with root explorer and clicked on the browser.apk and it installed.

My issue is now resolved.

This is for the LG Connect, so I doubt that it would work on your phone...
