Root defragmenting your SD card with Windows

Did you guys know it is possible to connect your phone to your windows computer and then use windows defrag tool to defrag your Internal and External drives? This may lead to higher benchmarks and hopefully faster read and write times as well

Yes, (I'm a tech geek...) I'd heavily advise against defragging ANY flash memory device (they have limited read/write cycles, by defragging, you use alot) Not to mention that defragging arranges things on a hard disk to reduce latency reading things. Latency is extremely low on flash so it is prettymuch useless. Only defragment your hard disk if you are SURE it's a hard disk, not an ssd (extremely expensive but oh so godly fast)

ya a disk needs defrag because the reader has to physically move around. ur flash mem just reads directly. defrag would be pretty much useless
