Root DESTROYER (Fk'd up keyboard, and voicemail)

Awful

Ok, so I'm havin' lovin' with DESTROYER. It's my favorite so far, but! When I push and hold #1 in the dialer it dials *86 instead of my phone number and obviously my voicemail doesn't work.

Now my other problem is. It had a sick white keyboard on it, and I went to add the stock android keyboard and it made the white keyboard very strange looking. Apparently the white keyboard was the origional android keyboard with a skin or some sort over it and now I've over written that. I tried to do a back up to before I installed this, but it doesn't fix my problem.

its been awhile since i have been on the destroyer rom. but i do not recall the *86 issue though. maybe try changing the call setting to your number.

you can try flashing the rom again. just wipe dalvik cache and cache. no need to wipe data. it should rewrite to the original keyboard. weird that a nandroid backup would not restore the original keyboard. what keyboard is it?

It's labeled as "android keyboard" which is what the one I installed was named as well.

Edit: I'm not sure what you mean by "change the call settings" I've looked everywhere previous to posting this thread, and can't find anywhere to change it.

for the *86 you have to go to menu/settings/call/voicemail settings and voicemail number and set as my carrier and set as your phone number instead of *86

I wanted to add, I did a fresh install of destroyer 2 full wipes and this issue is still there. Which makes zero sense to me.

No no the voicemail problem is fine. My keyboard has a blackskin over it, when it was supposed to be the white included in the rom

ok so i just sort of skimmed the your thread. my bad, so if you want to go back to the original skin of the keyboard, the easiest way is to only wipe dalvik cache and cache and reflash your rom. you will not loose and data or settings(unless you wipe data). i

I had actually tried this, and even tried backing up a previous back-up from when I know the keyboard worked. I just switched to RA and wiped everydamnthing and reflashed destroyer2 fresh and it works just fine again. Someone may delete this thread now :P
