Did you extract the files in hack4.zip and put them in your C:\android-sdk-windows\tools directory?

Also, when you say you can see your device, does that mean you get a device listed under the adb devices command?

it was in there. i clicked yes to replace it worked the first time. I am backing up right know. I have tried to do this so many times. When i first got the phone that was how i becam leaked.

Nice. You know what they say about "great minds"....I used to, but I forgot. Anyway, looks like that was the issue. ;)
 
I put that file in there befor i started i guess it just wanted to give me heck before it would work. I would like to thank yall.
 
i just rebooted my eris with runindos.bat and my phone is sitting here with a black background, picture of an eris with a red triangle with an exclamation point in it.. did i do it right? or did i do something wrong?

Something went wrong, I would try to run runindos.bat again after rebooting your phone
