We are trying to figure this out to be honest. Think it may be that Trebuchet communicates with Settings which is very laggy along with other factors.

Just do NOT unzip and rezip, you will get an error during installation.

you wont get an error. Atleast I dont, just right click select extract all, open the file do the edit, highlight Meta, system, and the bootimg and right click again and select "send to" >compressed (zipped) folder and i get no errors.

Yes, what I meant was when you altar anything in the System folder. Sorry, guys LoL. Now, some WILL still have issues with unzipping then rezipping.

I can't help you but there are how toos posted a few pages back. I'm waiting on a more stable release to come out.
