I don't get a black screen anymore and it boots up to the lockscreen but the touch screen doesn't work.

That sounds like a bad driver for the screen to me personally, but you probably knew that

I was able to get past the lockscreen. It looks like the touch screen works when using two fingers. Weird. It looks like ICS runs pretty smooth though.

Looks like you beat me to the punch with getting ICS working. That's some pretty quick progress, I'm jealous!

If you don't know what I mean, then there isn't one. Lol. Sometimes there can be a circle that acts as your finger, and you drag two fingers to move it. Hard to explain.

It's 100% not a joke. I think I may have a fix for the touch screen.

I think you should start a separate thread for your ROM. Start a bug list and everything... get more support

One primary question from me. I'm sure you are just figuring out what's all working and not, having just got to the point of getting it to boot (Congratulations by the way)...
Anyhow, a while back, giantpune mentioned that he had CM9 booting past the lock screen, he didn't however release it because it was essentially useless because of the way the Telephony Java was "talking" to the radio. So basically the radio wasn't operational. So my question is, How's that going for you?

Can't say right now but it does looks like it has service just no data.
