. There are a couple small holes that you can use a tootpick or anything small enough to fit thru the holes to push on the glass. Once the glass pops loose just use a toothpick etc to run around the edges of the glass, be careful not to cut/break the ribbon cables. Yea, yea I know its busted already, but its good a practice

shouldnt matter I took one from an esteem n put it in a revo and it works great. Ribbon cable at bottom just powers the soft key lights, one at top it the important one. Thanks for the help the video is really clear.....i just finished and came out nice but the digitizer does not work properly, i guess maybe because my phone is from metro and i put the digitizer that said verizon is made for the lg revolution or is broken, even the buttom in the bottom are not working. Talking clear right now i dont have phone if you guys have any idea what is happen now, please help me again.
+1If you replaced just the digitizer it should be working correctly.
The strips that connect to the pcb are very touchy and can be a pain to connect correctly. I would make sure that it is secured and connected good. If so, idk.
yea its pose to be gorilla glass wasnt it? At any rate I seen quite a few broken now lolgood luck. shouldnt b hard common sense and remember ur steps for when u put it back together. i honestly thought it was impossible to break that screen. dropped it some really painful drops and not even a scratch on it
A few options here:https://www.google.com/search?q=lg+...s=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-aAnyone know if these two digitizers are compatible? I busted my esteem and can't find the part.
