Can someone do me a favor and run this command in terminal emulator please i need to save fleapowder's phone!!!

dd if=/devblock/mmablk0p4 of=/sdcard/mmcblk0p4

get it off your sdcard, zip it, and send it to me?

Revised quick and dirty instructions:
1. Download the file to the SD card.
2. From the main menu, go to "install zip from SD card > choose zip from SD card > basebandFF27v2.zip > Yes - Install basebandFF27.zip".

it worked i used the wrong file the old file worked :D


EDIT:: :/ i tried using just the file with out meta inf in it because i was also looking for a way to get the baseband changed

Mav, does it matter if the mmcblk0p4 comes from a Boost or Sprint phone?
 
Boost - FF27

Sprint - FG11

Instructions:
  1. Download the proper zip for your phone and move it to the SD card.
  2. Reboot into CWM, and from the main menu, go to "install zip from Sdcard > choose zip to install > baseband????.zip (where ???? is the proper baseband for your phone) > Yes - Install baseband????.zip".
  3. Reboot your phone and enjoy your newly updated baseband. :)
 
dudes, awesome rom!! is there any way i could restore the standard keyboard? i dont use swype ;)

i was a bad boy, and restored a few of my apps + data with titanium, so far, nothing bad has happened/no force-closes... so far ;)

yes ..... just that u can skrew up your phone if you restore the wrong thing.... and most people trying using titanium for the first time dont know how dangerous it can be... as for your keyboard... did u not have a titanium backup of it? xD
if not i recommend getting swift key 3 its better than swipe and the normal keyboard

XD just thought of it... would of been funny if it was called megatrom
 
Just making sure... The latest cwm is 5.0.2.8 right. Thats what i have now but not sure if i updated already. Ive been running rooted stock 2.3.4. Thanks
 
Guys if you want Apk's that where removed from the ROM you cant install past apps or other ROM apps! This system was exclusively made for MegaTron and you can only use MegaTron Apk's. i'll have em up in a bit!
 
if i already have ff27 baseband will i have to reflash it after installing this rom ?running ctmod now and love it but like to try new things

For a Kernel? naa we Keep OTA's for big updates or major bug fixes.

Swipe keyboard is doing that lol use slide out keyboard or download another keyboard
 
is anyone else having an issue with not being able to overclock? i dont really use it much but im still unable to do is with no frill and rom toolbox. is a reflash in order? other then that, amazing fast as shit rom guys!
 
I tried the vol down, camera and power button in that order and still I cant get the screen to even come on for me to put the phone in download mode to be able to use ODIN. Everytime that I try to turn the phone on, only the pink/purple notification light come on but the screen stays black. So any help will be greatly appreciated
 
@Ralkkai: there is no OC'ing with Megatron just yet, but Mav's working on it

@Slayer: I think I figured out my data transfer problem...i guess the "mount SD" in CWM was only meant for a few files. Rebooted my phone and connected it via usb that way, and things are going much faster and more smoothly....:confused::p:rolleyes:

Did this problem happen just after you tried updating the baseband?
