Root {DISCONTINUED}MegaTron 6.2.5 (Updated 7/13/13)

yeah and I'm trying a reboot now see if that helps it just sucks because everything was working great before update.

thing is i never had the flash light icon on the drop down for some reason things that are checked arent on the drop down

after reboot things are good thanks again

Cause the "dropdown" only allows a certain number of icons. The icons that come checked (the whole list) is more then the string has available room for.
 
Hey chev, I have a question. I use skyfire browser with every phone and rom I've used and I have never had this problem til now. I open skyfire and hit the star for my favorites and I get a force close. I'm not sure if that's an app specific thing or if something on ur megatron don't like it? Not complaining just curious if u have any ideas

I almost got the first test kernel ready to install on my tu but works been busy so i haven't much time to mess with it.. mostly weekends is my best time to do android stuff..

on another note, i disected Bloodawns version of BobZ kernel last night, and it looks to have everything we need so we may be able to use blood's kernel if he doesnt mind.. I wouldnt ask him just yet but i dont have time to test it myself..

anybody want to test it?

you would have to have a Nandroid of CTMod.
in cwm, do an advanced restore and go into the CTMod backup folder and choose boot.img
then clear cache and dalvik and reboot

let us know your results.. If it works we'll ask him if we can use it and i'll post credit in the op

ok. At least I'm not the only one with this lil issue. I feel like a total noob when I'm the only one with a prob, lol. Its not a big deal I can just use another browser ffor now.

you can nite but then you would have to dd if= or make a flashible.zip to install it..

the easiest way would be to restore it

only restore the boot.img though and dont forget to wipe cache and dalvik
 
TOO SLOW, SLAYER!!! :p

Just flashed the boot.img from CTMod... All's well so far. We'll see how things go through the rest of the day. Just a caution: the first boot will probably take a few minutes.
 
Using the kernal as well. Got busy at work.

Working good so far. But as I remember it did take a couple of days before things went haywire.

just wondering if anyone is using link2sd with that kernel? I thought i saw the lines added in the zImage for apps2sd support but i wasn't sure..

Im not sure, have you tried a different browser that also has a favorite list?
