Go look at the thread called apk manager. Let me know if you have any luck.

i dont think Chev ever included the ability to change the background on Megatron.

though wait, put the photo onto your sd card,
select it through gallery
hit SET AS, and itll ask for CONTACT or WALLPAPER
which will also be your lockscreen

Dont waste your time it has to be implemented to the rom first. Ninjamorph only lets you replace files an not edit xml's. Ultra rom has the support already for this feature so with ninjamorph you just replace the my_background.png with any pic named my_background.ping. The pic has to be 320x480 for it to work. I used a photo reducer from the market to make that happen. my_background.png is located in framework-res.apk/res/drawable mdpi/my_background.png.
Hope this gives a better understanding. Basically chev has to implement it for it to work. By implement I mean edit the style.xml just like I posted in the thread apk manager. Hope he can do this for us in 6.0.4. How about it chev?

My max cpu speed is set to 1024mhz. Never touched played with that. Phone is working fine atm and hasnt done that since. Was just curious
