Restart is pretty much when you turn your device off and on all in one click .
Quickboot is a faster reboot which reboots only the Android user interface.

Dont wipe data on OTA's, Its optional for data but i suggest that you wipe Wipe dalvick Cache

flash the update again. wipe dalvik cache and fix permissions.

lol i will, BTW guys if you want the themes like ICS, Green, or purple and pink mav will add them in a few hours so for now stick with the black and white theme. Previous themes are not compatible with 6.0.4.
