Root {DISCONTINUED}MegaTron 6.2.5 (Updated 7/13/13)

all set i just restored 6.0.3 backup and restarted process all set now on to theme it.. All Hail Megatron Greatest Rom Known To TU

That could of been issue i had i installed ics forgetting this is a new rom.. is current theme stock as in the one you use for uot kitchen?
 
Finally got my phone back from Samsung. Installed 6.0.3 a couple of days ago - working great except the OTA for 6.0.4 isn't auto installing after it reboots into CWM. Do I need to select update from the menu?

Yup thats where you went wrong, the new stock theme will be updater.

Yes manually install it, the update is in /sdcard/OTA-updater folder

Select install zip from sd card, go to the folder that it was downloaded to, Mine is OTA updater/download
Select the file, scroll down to yes, and run.
 
ok so when installed 6.0.4 it already had all my apps installed is that cuz links2sd? I ask cuz i never did advace restore data for it and im under impression thats how u had to in order to restore apps?..all were instaleed except go sms no biggie just re dloaded it again

and go keyboard..speaking of which can i erase ics keyboard and use go keyboard as system app
 
the update went quick as hell but had a hangup with my icons loading properly which was quickly remedied by a dalvik cache wipe. the boot animation with sound is absolutely beautiful and the responsiveness of the rom now can imo be comparable to cm9. you guys keep outdoing yourselves with each installment of this badass rom. im hoping to start some dev work within the next year or 2 depending on my future academic path and im gonna mark you guys up as my muses for what i end up working on. for running a phone from gingerbread generation in an ICS world, you guys still make me proud to be a TU owner and a fan of Megatron. /endmushyrant
 
Is there a link for 6.0.4? I've tried to OTA but its keeps saying error after about 3 mins...I'm not at home so I don't have wifi and I have a weak cell signal at work.
 
when flashing from 6.0, do I need to update .01, .02, .03 to get to .04? My install got messed up so I had to start from scratch.
 
I never had any problems flashing or updating a rom .. I flashed the update ,wiped dalvik cache and fixed permissions ... now when i try to download somthing from the play store it says insufficient storage.. I dont know what i did wrong:confused:
