Okay, being a noob at this sucks. I put the apps in /system/apps and rebooted the phone. I still do not have those apps. What could I have done wrong?

I removed Camera ICS and Gallery ICS with Titanium. Then I placed the .apks into the /system/apps folder with ES file explorer. Did I miss something?

I tired installing the .apks but of course that didn't work.

Did you fix the permissions?

Well, I always put them on my sd card and install them from there. If they install but force close, you will have to go in to Titanium Backup and long press on the app. Down at the bottom you will see the option to make it a system app. Select that option. Also, once you are done doing that, reboot into CWM and fix permissions.

I am experiencing a problem with the update. It fails signature verification when trying to install. This happening to anyone else?

I downloaded the files on the phone this time and copied them with ES File Explorer. They work now. I guess downloading them with a PC and copying them over screws up the permissions.

Little more on MMs SMS that may help Spint users....

First off open the terminal emulator app on your phone, it was provided as a system app in megatron.

1. Type in "su" (for super user access) worked
2. Type "getprop ril.MSL" (then enter to get you Device's MSLcode) didnt work, could enter "getprop" for a ton of info but no MSL#

Do it exactly as seen above make sure the MSL is in caps at the end.
You will then get a reply with a number, thats your msl code it is an important 6 digit number. never found the MSL, used 000000

Go to your dialer pad and type ##3282# did this
Tap Edit and enter your MSL Number no step here
Find and tap on MMSC URL tapped this and then edit, entered service code 000000 then the drop down on set url and entered the Sprint address below and OK then rebooted and the url stayed
Change the address to http://mms.sprintpcs.com

Hope this helps someone

Ok, do this ..... using a file explorer, go to the OTA folder on your sd card and delete anything that's may be in it. Then turn your phone off and pull the battery for about 2 minutes. Reboot the phone and try it again. You can go to the Megatron settings and force the phone to update if it doesn't do it automatically. If it still doesn't update let me know and I'll post the update file here.

The only for sure way that I know to fix that issue is to do a factory reset. Hopefully we won't need to do that and what I've asked you to do will suffice. :D Get back with me ASAP and let me know what's up. I'll be here waiting on you. ;)

EDIT: HELLOOOOOO!! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST 45 MINUTES. IF YOU GOT IT WORKING PLEASE LET ME KNOW. THX :p

Lol sorry I has to do homework and well I completely erased the OTA folder and did a battery pull for 2 minutes and booted it up again and tried it again but nothing dude
