I'm willing to donate my Sprint Marquee if somebody can cover shipping. I'm not using it anymore since I moved to a Nexus 4 on T-Mobile. It has a clean ESN and has clockworkmod touch installed already.
 
Guys, I'm putting the donate link back up for Cvehanlol360's Marquee. I put it up for about 20 minutes but took it back down because 1234west said a member may donate one.

Well during the 15 or 20 minutes it was up I got a $10 donation for the phone. Sooooo, I am putting the donate link back up since we've already got a fund started. So far we have $20 in it. The $10 from another member and the $10 I am putting in.

I want to thank every that donated or offered to donate to the contribution of a marquee for me. I want to thank SJC11221for donating his to me. This donation will not go to waste. You all have my full attention. The second i get the phone. I will finally port swipe to clear notifications and the new enhanced quickpanel with themes, with a speed of megatron that you never even knew existed Thank you all again.
 
Glad to hear you got the device chev. I've been running this as a daily driver since it's release and was disappointed to see it discontinued. Really happy to see the work continue.

I wanted to ask you, is there any way to port the jb or ics lockscreen into megatron?
 
Nice to see you got one. I am not so stressed about asking my wife now. She loves the Marquee and refuses to use her Viper....Yeah I know I don't know either.

The lock screen you saw on the ultra for megatron is samsung stock lockscreen for most of its devices today. Lockscreen aren't my specialty but it doesnt mean i wont try.
 
This is great to read. I was bummed to read that it had been discontinued as I've been using this as my daily ROM since 6.1.1 was released due to its stability.

I look forward to future updates.

I hate to see any dev hampered in any way especially talented ones. I am really glad to see this continue. My wife is using Megatron and it working great for her. Defiantly worth it to see this awesome rom back again.

Based on what's been released for this phone, what about porting the lock screen from the jb variants of TDM's cm or AOKP builds? He should still have git repos up

He'll get it soon. SJC11221 said he's either gonna get it mailed out this weekend or on Monday. :thumb: I'm waiting on him to let me know what the shipping cost is so I can send him the money to cover it. :D

I'm happy to see it continue too, Ink. I'm really looking forward to seeing what Chev has in store for Megatron. After working with him for several months, I know it'll be something good.:D
 
I just flashed the Megatron ROM again to check a few things. One thing I noticed that is a minor annoyance is the time that's displayed on the notification bar is right in the middle of the bar, which in itself isn't a problem but when you get 5 or more notifications showing up, they interfere with the time, overwriting it.

I'm trying to remember now how CTMod did this. I know the clock was over on the right side, so it doesn't get interfered with but I don't remember what happens if there's a screen full of notifications. The stock ROM puts a little icon with a number indicating how many other notifications are being suppressed on the bar. And then you can see what they are by pulling down the notification shade.

Anyway, not sure if this is a bug report or just an observation, but it is a bit annoying.

Thanks for the ROM though and I look forward to seeing what improvements come in the next version.

Go into settings and then go into your Megatron settings. Clock settings are in there.

I have seen those settings but they don't really apply to what I'm talking about. They allow you to remove AM/PM indicator or adjust its size or to completely remove the clock but I would like to see the clock and still not have it overwritten by notifications.

Perhaps it's a petty problem but it does somewhat bother me. That's OK though. I'm sure I'll manage. :cool:
