Hmm.. my phone wont boot all the way now, just finished wiping cache and davlik and just gets stuck in boot animation... will try to reflash rom again and see what happens then...
 
I installed this rom this morning and have noticed that it stalls alot while Doing different things. i have the oc kernel and was running the ctmod. Would there have been an issue in the coding due to this? I have it set as 1.3ghz and lionheart is this the wrong setting? And finally yes i am still kinda new to all this been working with rooted phones for only a few months
 
I am using Bloods latest non oc kernel with the latest toolbox. Sprint version. I had major problems with the top bar turning a weird grey shade and not working after that. The market refuses to update. Alotta apps are force closing like SSHTunnel, Opera, ect. Megatron settings force closes randomly. Had to do a few battery pulls due to complete lock ups. Followed instructions to the letter and reflashed three times and redownloaded once. Still having the same problems.
 
I can't get Google Hangouts to install. Even as an APK.
Also, I keep getting a problem where is won't act like my SD card is there after reboot, have to remove/reinsert it.
 
I like the look and feel of this one and once u have an updated/patch i will reinstall. Amazing work hope to up here with yall one day
 
Honestly its really buggy and the android market force closes sometimes and doesn't update to the new market version, and the toggle settings on megatron settings force closes too. It is good so far, I know you can get this for sure functional now after you get more feedback, you haven't disappointed me yet chev :D
 
Hi guys. I just wanted to pop in here and say that I've installed the new build of Megatron and I'm not having any issues so far. I did a factory reset, cleared cache, and Dalvik cache before doing the install. Instead of rebooting 3X, I rebooted 5X. I then installed all of my apk backups w/ Titanium and everything seems to be working fine. As for the new Play store, mine has not updated. I've found from past experience that sometimes it take a little while for the market to update itself. Honestly, it really doesn't matter if it updates or not. I kinda like the old version better anyways. LOL:D

So far so good Chev. The only thing I can see that's not working are the toggles in the Megatron settings. I'll let you know if I have any other problems. :thumbup:

Well hell. Looks like I spoke to soon. Chev, I'm now having read errors for my sd card. I can pop the back off, pull it out and put in back in and it will pick it up but when I reboot it doesn't pick it up again. Gonna revert back to the old build and wait on the update.

My Play store is still working fine though.

Hangouts is buggy anyways. Google is gonna have to redo it. I'm just using Talk right now.

Simple. If you made a backup with Titanium before you took the update, all you do is uninstall Hangouts and restore you backup of Talk. If you don't have a Titanium backup, uninstall Hangouts and install the Talk apk.

Make sure you are not set to auto update in the Play store settings. THAT IS MANDATORY!! If you have auto update checked, it will go right back and update to Hangouts.
 
And now there's a problem with the messaging app. I am trying to edit a message that I was about to send but the cursor resets itself to another position.
 
Please do not report any more bugs for 6.2.0, i'm rebuilding the ROM from scratch to avoid any major bugs that 6.2.0 currently has. I have already advised everyone to revert back to 6.1.1, go ahead if you want to keep on using 6.2.0 but i will not reply to any bug reports about it. An OTA will be pushed out today to revert everyone back to 6.1.1 if you havnt already reverted back yet.
 
Just wondering but I'm not familiar with the ROM building/creation process. Will rebuilding from scratch mean that the whole ROM will get a facelift?

Thanks! Oh I was just following your instructions because I just woke up, and started looking at my backup, and looking for the talk apk, then I went ahead and managed my apps hoping to uninstall the hangout. Cleared data, then I saw "Uninstall update" clicked it and poof! Went right back to Talk! Lol

Right on!! Glad that you got it fixed. I messed around with it a few times and totally forgot that the 1st time I removed it that it had the uninstall update. LOL... Well, at least I pointed you in the right direction. It did the same thing... you just didn't have to choose to restore your backup.

I messed around and tried the new Hangouts several times actually. The ONE major upgrade that I like is that it gives you the option to add photos to a chat. That, as far as I can see, is the best updated feature. The older talk has a much simpler UI IMO. :p

Im currently rebuilding it for the Marquee right now, i plan to update the Transform ultra to 6.2.0 as well. Once im done with that i'll start with the prevail. I'll be busy for the next 3 weeks so dont expect 6.2.0 for the prevail until like early july.
 
I don't know what's going on now but I'm on 6.1.1 and the screen either freezes on me or just goes black when I open an app. I cleared every cache of every kind and it's still doing the same.
