Here your go battery statues I'm charging but won't go up
 
I figure out the problem with the battery pull the battery and put it back in and u get your percentage on what u on when u plug in
 
Battery percentage stays at 100 on 7/14 build, clean install. Memory also eats up randomly. Brightness is fine on my end. Camcorder not working on back or front.
Great job overall so far!

1.Download the latest cm build
2.download the gapps wherever u like.
3.go into recovery twrp recovery
4.do a full wipe first factory reset,advanced wipe check on dalvik cache,system,cache then wipe.
5.flash ROM first then gapps second
6.after flashing reboot system

Just trying out the rom (flashed on T-mobile) Works well, doesn't overheat the phone as much as the stock rom :) But i think there may be issues with WiFi / Networking in general.... Speedtest.net (The App) reboots the phone, along with shazam. I cleared cache, re-flashed, tried different wifi networks... Apps run fine on stock rom. Any thoughts?
 
Please make sure you read the OP to use the correct downloads and understand what is and isn't working. ripping through and installing then asking why it didn't work is a waste of everyones time. So reading combined with using a single post for more than a single thought (not flood posting) will make the thread easier and more effective for users and the developers.

I've cleaned some bickering. If you have an issue with anyone's posting, use the report button. If there is anything else that need cleaning, please use the report button.:)
 
Great release, you happened to complete it the moment I got my first android which happens to be this exact phone. Only bugs I noticed that are not yet reported here is that the location services when activated via smart lock will cause the phone to do a soft reboot. Looking forward to future updates!

Edit: All locational services crash the device. Google maps, Waze GPS. Doesn't matter what, if it requests location services, the device will reboot.

Edit 2: Battery still not reporting properly, even in the recovery. Even still, this ROM is very worth it, CM12 gives me many more customization options as well as a lighter footprint on memory and storage, it's great. The stock for this phone took up all of my storage with bloatware and took up all the 1 gig of RAM with just the system, it was absolutely ridiculous.

    • Download .zip and save to sdcard
    • Boot to recovery
    • Wipe Data/Factory Reset
    • Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache
    • Install CM12 zip via New TWRP

How many times did you reflash it? What was the boot like I get to the startup screen and the phone keeps rebooting over and over.

No experience building kernels personally, but I've been trying to get hold of my Team YAR leader who DOES build our kernels (rbheromax). Unfortunately hes been AWOL since he got back from AF training and were unsure if hell return to development.
