Disinfecting Fascinate

I found some year old info on this about other Droids, but didn't know if anything was different with the Fascinate:

I work in a hospital, and am accustomed to disinfecting my phone everyday after work with a 70% isopropyl alcohol pad. Is this also safe to use on my Fascinate? I should note that I do have a screen cover on it, though I'm not sure what that's made of. Would it also be safe to use without the cover? Don't know if 70% isopropyl will eat away at the screen or have any other harmful effects on the electronics anywhere.

I don't see why not...? Just wipe it with isopropyl alcohol pads, then wipe it with a damp towel or something to get residue. The goal is to kill microbes, and you have done so!

The SF screen uses the same Gorilla Glass the Droid, so yeah its fine and safe per se. The key of course is not getting moisture inside/under the screen.

You should clean with a 50/50 alcohol and water mixture. Too much alcohol can harm the surface of your screen.
