Does anyone have a vzw gnex without problems?

I'm just wondering if anyone has a galaxy nexus for Verizon that doesn't have any of the common problems, like voice calls dropping from time to time.

Mine has been rock solid. I had the low volume bug pre-custom ROM, but that's gone away now too. I have two bars of 4g at home, four bars at work. Which really seems not to matter, I got 9.38Mbps up / 5.79Mbps down at home and 7.56Mbps up / 7.81Mbps down at work this morning.

Never one dropped call.

Now, battery life sucks, but I expected it to suck. It's on 4G. It's a huge, bright screen that I refuse to turn below 80%. I bought the Verizon 2100 mAh battery to tweak a little more life out of it.

The only weak thing I've seen so far in this phone is the GPS. The one in my Incredible was MUCH more accurate.

I LOVE this phone.

I don't have any voice calls dropping on mine. Some might have such issue as others posted yesterday, but I don't think that's a common issue on Gnex. Voice call seems more solid than data connection.

i am also problem free. i dont have low volume, i dont drop calls, i dont drop data and my battery life is completely acceptable in my book.

i am on AOKP 4.0.4 with 4.0.4 radios and Frankos M2 kernal with the sound on level 3.
14+ hours of constant 4g, 2+ hrs creen on time, 2 hours streaming music, game playing, 15 minutes of calls, 30+ texts.

(For the record, my first Galaxy Nexus - a day 2 device, had terrible screen banding visible even watching videos. I returned it same day for a replacement.)

Mine 2nd GN has been rock solid. No drops, no missing texts, battery life is what I expected and plenty good to get me through my day.

I have had this phone now for a little over 3 months. I am now rooted and get really good battery life on the liquid rom. It also fixed the low volume bug as well. Since I rooted I haven't had the data problem or any dropped calls. Before I rooted I had maybe 2 dropped calls in 2 months. That data would drop out sometimes but like I said my rom seems to have fixed that. I love this phone so much.

I have my original phone I got on launch day. I experienced a random reboot the 2nd day I had it. I rooted and rom'd the 3rd day I had it. Haven't had any issues at all. Best phone I've ever owned by far

No problems for me, use it heavily on a daily basis... Low volume, but addressing that with Volume+ now.

Yes; meaning I have one with zero problems of any kind. (Completely stock, unrooted.) Great data reception even indoors, switches between 3G and 4G when needed very qucikly, call quality is excellent, speaker works well enough to use as an alarm clock, screen looks great, doesn't reboot, etc. It just plain works and is every bit as trustworthy as my Rezound.

Granted, I had to go through two that had the reception and dropped call issues before getting this one...not the experience I was after, but I'm pleased now.

The only differences with this third attempt:

-Got it from Amazon Wireless instead of Verizon with the first two
-This one showed up with 4.0.2 already installed (not a refurb)

So maybe I got one with a newer date of manufacture? I dunno, but happy it's been absolutely reliable and trouble free. (Knock on wood.)

I have had a few minor problems, and 80-90% of those went away when I flashed the leaked 4.0.4 ROM. Its not as strong in the signal department, but otherwise I have no complaints. (Although the past two days I have had geolocation issues, for whatever reason.)

Hardware manufacturing problems? Nope.

Software problems? Many have been addressed in the custom rooted roms I've installed... unfortunately no official OTA update from Verizon that's fixed things
(Autorotate being too slow, useless navigation buttons)

And even with the rooted roms, there are still a few minor problems I'm having that aren't defects, just not to my liking.
(Volume increments too coarse, vibration on slide-to-unlock)

Here. Only major problem I've had is the OEM charging cable crapped out.

I was rooted/rommed for a short while, but didn't really see any mind blowing improvements, and when my OEM cable started flaking I unrooted just in case it was a USB port problem.

Mine is almost perfect. The only problem I have is that sound is extremely distorted when played through headphones. Distorted to the point that it's almost impossible to listen to. I guess that's not a common problem though.

Mine is perfect, even prior to rooting and putting Liquid Rom on it.

4G is strong, 3G is strong. Wifi works perfectly. Bluetooth works fine.
I tried maps the first time the other day while driving it locked on in about 3 seconds, and it followed me really accurately.

I am coming from a Thunderbolt which is notorious for low call volume and poor battery life, so the Nexus wins in both of those categories for me. But maybe my expectations were lower than people who came from other phones.

Even switching from 4G to 3G while I'm streaming audio is pretty seamless, though I'm told it's improved even more in 4.0.4 so we'll see. With my Tbolt if I were driving and listening to Slacker radio and I left a 4G area, and it had to switch to 3G, the music would either skip or just stop many times.
Now I can make my 45minute commute listening to Slacker the whole way without even a hiccup. And it goes back and forth from 4G to 3G to 4G at least 4 or 5 times on my commute.

I got mine from AmazonWireless and have had zero issues. Battery has been great most days, I've had a couple spots when the battery suddenly drained down quickly but that has been rare. I had a reboot during google navigation once but that is it. Wish the GPS locked on quicker but if I just leave the GPS on all the time, my battery is still solid and it locks on as soon as I hit go on maps. Love this thing. Absolutely loving stock ICS. I had to play with my wifes Rezound the other day and it actually stressed me out having to deal with that UI after getting used to this.

no problems here. 100% stock. ringer volume isn't as loud as previous phones but as for those issues mentioned i haven't had a one. my battery lasts about 16hrs before it gets down to 20% or so. Best phone i have had so far, and the charging from 20% to 100% only taking ~40 minutes is awesome!

Completely stock here. No problems at all. Never dropped a call, volume is good. The only issue is sometimes my phone stops sending/receiving texts. A quick reboot fixes it...but it is kinda annoying.

Unlocked rooted running 4.0.4 Live northwest Ft. Worth..2 bars 4g at home full bars 4g at work. Never lost a call or missed a text. Going to repeat everyone else here...Battery sucks, but screen brightness at max 100% of the time on a 720p 4.65" screen........
