Help Does anyone's """CRICKET""" huawei ascend make a sound when booting up.

Not really sure how to do that. Is it volume up, end and power at same time? If so, that doesn't work either. That brings up a screen that says, "firmware update failed" LOL

Junior, are you rooted yet? Sorry I have forgotten. And give me a couple of mins to get the instructions on how to boot in safe mode. brb
 
Okay...this is the only thing I know for you to try since you can't get it to load to do anything else:

It sounds like you did something that caused it to want to upgrade or interrupted an upgrade. So....

While the phone is powered off, press the Volume up, End, and Power buttons at the same time. The upgrade interface will then appear.

After upgrade success, remove the battery for 3 seconds, and then restart the phone. Wait for the system to start up and enter the idle state. Now the upgrade is complete.

Try that. Doesn't sound like you have anything to lose.
 
Whew. It totally worked. Phone is back to factory settings now. Gonna spend some time getting it to where I had it before. Best beleive I wont be using metamorph again!
